Having registered an FIR on a complaint filed by a woman against her husband and his friends for sexually assaulting her, police teams have been dispatched to Khargone and Indore to investigate the allegations of the woman. However, the police have till date not arrested anybody in the case.
According to the police, two police teams have been dispatched to the Khargone and Indore. After the allegations were leveled by the woman at a Press conference on Friday, victim’s husband Bhupendra Nimade alleged that the victim is mentally sick and undergoing treatment at Indore and has provided the details of the doctor who has treated the victim.
The police are going to record the statements of the doctor who has treated the victim and investigate the medical records.In the State capital three police teams have been formed that would question and investigate the role of the employees of the Apex bank. Residents of the locality where the victim was sexually exploited, would also be questioned.
After the allegations were leveled by the victim, the police have registered a case under section 376 (D) and 115 of the IPC against her husband and his friends including the employees of the Apex Bank.
Earlier the victim on Friday accused her husband of forcing her into prostitution before his friends in the State capital. She alleged that earlier, when she lived in Khargone, her husband Bhupendra forced her into the prostitution.
While talking to media here on Friday, the victim told that she got married to Bhupendra Nimade in the year 2000 and since then he had been harassing her but the limits were crossed when he along with his friends started sexually exploiting her.
later, when she came to Bhopal, Apex bank’s legal Advisor Om Patidar and other employees posted at the Bhopal headquarters Shivpal Singh Chouhan, Sunil Singh and Ajay Sisodiya also sexually assault her in return of promotion of her husband.
