The Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sanghralaya (IGRMS) is observing 'Official language fortnight', in which various competitions and programmes are being organised. To promote Hindi in official works competitions like - story writing, video presentation, 'Your 5 minutes' and a workshop on 'administration works' was organised.
The video programme was organised by HBS Parihar and Rajeev Jain. In this competition videos were made of participants reciting poems. The videos will be judge by experts for their presentation and recitation qualities.
Story writing competition was organized at Sanghralaya's library by SK Rawat and Garima Anand. A story's broken pieces were given and participants wrote stories using their imagination. 24 officers and employees participated in this competition.
'Your 5 minute' is a competition which was enjoyed by all employees and officers of the Sangrahalaya, where each participant was given 5 minutes to speak in Hindi. Speakers entertained colleagues with jokes, songs and interesting information about less known topics.
In the afternoon a workshop on 'administration works' was organized at Rock art exhibition hall, joint director, IGRMS, Arun Kumar Shrivastava spoke on solving the complication in administration works.
Administrative consultant, SC Rawat cleared the myths regarding administrative works. later, lK Rapoot explained tender quotation procedure in detail. GTG Sajiv solved the problems regarding accounts. Information about 'e-tender' procedure was explained by K Sheshadri.
