Continuous action is being taken by the urban traffic police against dangerous driving. Under this, the parents have been fined by the court for driving the vehicle by the minors.
In one case the modified silencer bullet was being driven by a minor which was causing noise pollution. A fine of Rs 26,000 was imposed by the traffic police for presenting the case before the court.
Similarly, in the second case, the minor who was driving the motorcycle with three passengers Rs 10,500 has been fined by the court for presenting the matter in the court.
Urban Traffic Police Bhopal requests the parents to keep a check on the unauthorized driving of their pals. Allow them to drive the vehicle only after full safety equipment and fulfillment of statutory requirements.
A special campaign is being run by the Urban Traffic Police, Bhopal from April 30, 2022 against the vehicles fitted with modified silencers and the drivers driving under the influence of alcohol.
In this campaign, 869 vehicles fitted with modified silencers and 418 drunken drivers have been presented for redressal in the court after taking action under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Under this, 26 vehicles of modified silencer and 28 vehicles have been confiscated for driving under the influence of alcohol and for the action taken on 25th and 26th June 2022. whose cases are being presented in the court.
