State Woman Commission Chairperson Upma Rai visited the victim’s family and discussed about the circumstances which lead her to commit suicide.
She told that during the investigation if it is found that the RKDF College Administration was aware and had not taken any action against the mischievous student and culprit faculty in that case the college administration should be made co-accused in case.
