Two cases of fraud were reported in the state capital by a three member gang including a woman and a minor who are targeting women; two women were targeted in Koh-e-Fiza and Bairagarh areas on Monday.
The gang distracts the victim and escapes with real jewelry handing over the fake jewelry. The gang committed two incidents within two hours.
Around 12 in the noon a old woman who came for treatment at Hamidia Hospital was targeted and within two hours after this, a 50-year-old woman was robbed of her jewelery in Bairagarh.
In both cases, the victim said that there is a 12-year-old child with the man and woman. At present, the police have registered the case. The search for the accused is on.
SI JS Parmar said that Nirmala Pahljani (73), a resident of Housing Board Koh-e-Fiza, had gone to the Hamidia Hospital on Monday to take medicines.
