Two real brothers drowned in a pond in the Khaira Kheda area under Nazeerabad police station area, boys drowned when they had come to work with their mother in the field and reached the pond to take a bath; mother rushed to rescue them after she heard two screaming.
The mother working at the farm had no clue when her two kids had reached the pond to take a bath. She suddenly heard their screams. She ran to the pond but failed to save them. The people took both the children out of the water who died due to drowning.
According to the police, Bhagwan Singh Mehar, a resident of Khaira Kheda village, is engaged in farming work. On Monday, his wife Kavita Bai went to work in the field with their sons Dhirendra (10) and Nirmal (9). Kavita got busy with work.
Meanwhile, both the sons went to take a bath in the pond built near the farm without informing their mother.
After some time she heard screams to save them and ran towards the pond. By then both the sons drowned. Kavita shouted for help and people working in the nearby fields reached the pond. The two were rescued Dhirendra stopped breathing while Nirmal was breathing. People tried to save him but after sometime he also died.
Recently the Panchayat has got a pond built. The water is about 10-12 feet deep. Both the children did not know how to swim. The mother thought that the children must have gone home. But after a while the screams of both were heard. The father of boys Bhagwan Singh had gone to Berasia at the time of the incident.
