Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation (MPSTDC) has started a weekend sightseeing tour of tourist attractions around the state capital in air-conditioned vehicles. The weekend sightseeing tour would start from Hotel Palash Residency on every Saturday at 8.30 am and after visiting Bhojpur and Bhimbetka it would come to an end at 6.30 pm at the same spot. The charges for the sightseeing including entry fee of the heritage sites in air-conditioned vehicle with mini meal is fixed at Rs 550, while children below three years of age will not be charged .
Similarly, the tour would start on Sunday from the Hotel at 8.30 am and conclude at the same place after touring Udaigiri and Sanchi. The charges are same for Sunday sightseeing tour also. The vehicles will leave from Hotel Palash Residency at 8.30 am and pickup tourists from Hotel Jehan Numa Palace at 8.40 am, Hotel lakeview Ashok at 8.45 am and Hotel Noor us Sabah at 9 am. While returning the tourists would be dropped at the same spot from where they began the tour.
