CRISP has proved once again that they remain thought leaders in training and skill development by initiating new courses on social media management. With the increase in digital media penetration and aligning itself with vision of Digital India, CRISP has initiated this new course which is designed to understand and manage social media effectively for good governance.

Mukesh Sharma, CEO, CRISP, Bhopal said, “All around the world, including India, people are embracing digital technology to communicate in ways that could never have been imagined just a few years ago. With this in mind, the Governments across the world have begun to recognise the need to embrace social media, but are generally still finding their feet in terms of the most effective use of these new communication tools. We must learn some of the best practices used by individuals or agencies across the globe to reach out to the public in an effective manner. “
