A three-day workshop on ‘Winning Together Programme’ for E1-E2 Executives was inaugurated by AK Verma, GM (CMS) BHEl Bhopal on Tuesday in HRDC, Bhopal.
This is the 18th Winning Together Programme which is scheduled from Tuesday to Thursday. Amitabh Dubey, AGM (HRD) was also present on the occasion. Brajesh Agrawal, A Mukherjee, Swagata S Saxena and Shri Hareesh Singh Bagwar were present as programme faculty. Total 20 Executives (E1 & E2) from various product/function groups of HEP Bhopal and RMSG Bhopal are participating in this programme.
Swagata S Saxena, DGM (HRD) briefed about the genesis of this programme and the role of HRDI and HRDCs in designing this programme. She shared the objectives and contents which focus on leading self effectively and being an effective team player for achieving the vision, mission and values of the organization. She also said that every individual has enormous capabilities which need to be harnessed by that individual for his/her overall growth and development.
Amitabh Dubey, AGM (HRD) welcomed the distinguished guests and participants. He encouraged the young executives to participate to their fullest and make maximum use of this experiential based learning programme. He said that one needs to come out of his/her comfort zone to rise high in life by grabbing opportunities available to him/her.
AK Verma, GM (CMS) shared about the concept of 5Cs- competency, consistency, compassion, courage and commitment which play an important role in our lives. He said that this programme focuses on the importance of team work and team excellence in today’s volatile and challenging business environment.
