They should establish such examples that Madhya Pradesh's education system is emulated in the country and abroad. He said that the State Government and teachers should join hands for this.

Teachers should be concerned about teaching. Government will be concerned for them. The Chief Minister was addressing a massive delegation of teachers who visited CM House here on Friday to express gratitude for given 6th Pay Scale to them with effect from January 1, 2016.

As many as 140 SC and ST students of Government schools have been selected in IIT and other prestigious national educational institutes. He said that he has cordial relations with teachers.

He used to consider Shikshakarmi culture as a grave mistake even when he was not in power. This system aimed at saving money which eroded education system of the State. He said that money should not be save when it comes to building future generations.

That is why he has made arrangements to abolish Shikshakarmi culture, formulate Adhyapak cadre, improve service conditions and honorarium and evolve a permanent system to upward revision of salaries.

He said that it is endeavour of the State Government that teachers be happy, teach dedicatedly and made Madhya Pradesh number one State.

Former Chairman of Gau Samwardhan Board Shiv Chaube said that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has displayed gesture of cordiality and honour towards teachers. This has overwhelmed teaching fraternity.
