A two-week special training program is being organized for teachers of technical institutions of Uttar Pradesh at NITTTR Bhopal. Prof. C.C.Tripathi Director of NITTTR Bhopal said that the teacher has an important role in building the society.
Teacher is the real architect of the society. In the era of globalization, Industry 4.0 and digitization, international and regional competitions are posing major challenges to the technical education system.
It is necessary for the teachers to prepare themselves for them. Teachers should understand their responsibilities towards teaching as well as towards their students. He said that when a person chooses teaching as a career, he should have professional ethics and adequate skills to impart knowledge as per the expectations of the students. This program was also addressed by cordinator Prof. RP Khambayat, Prof. Deepak Singh, Prof. AS Walkey and Prof. SS Kedar.
