In the inter-departmental meeting, Gwalior Collector Sanjay Goyal has instructed the officials to take police action against those who are creating problems in the allotment of land and in its demarcation to Government organisations.
These instructions were given to revenue officers and tehsildars. He further said those who are suspicious take the strong action against them. Gwalior Collector Goyal instructed revenue officers to be alert regarding the land related matters and it is important for revenue officers to conduct some drive and solve the land related matters like its demarcation and allotment.
Gwalior Collector Goyal instructed Janpad Panchayat CEO Ghantigaon and PHE officers to solve the drinking water matters in Banheri and Patai. SDM Vinod Singh of Ghatigaon have drawn the attention earlier for the drinking water problem and in this connection Gwalior Collector Goyal instructed to officers to look in to this matter sincerely in city, villages and wards and if required then the water should be arranged and transported to the respective areas.
Gwalior Collector Goyal instructed to all SDMs and CEOs of Janpad Panchayat to inspect the matters again of forest rights which should be solve under instruction of state government. If any matter is right then it should be done under the Forest Act. All the department heads were instructed to submit the work plan in current financial year and for the development of schools and partnership committee meeting should be organised.
In the meeting Chief Officer of District Panchayat Neeraj Kumar Singh and Additional Collector Shivraj Verma along with other departmental officer and block officers were present.
