SISTec Ratibad Department of Mechanical Engineering faculty Professor, Bhoopendra Singh, has been awarded with Best Mentor Award in ‘Anveshana 2019.’ The same was announced during the visit of Vikas Tiwari, Zonal Head, Central Northern India, Agastya International Foundation. It was held at SISTec Ratibad campus.
‘Anveshana 2019’ is a science innovation exhibit of Engineering and School students organised by Agastya International Foundation, Delhi NCR with a commitment to spark creativity and thought process amongst students to transform new technologies which we cannot yet be imagined in collaboration with their mentors. It is a unique platform of collaboration and creativity of different age groups and disciplines to express creative solutions.
Tiwari also visited the other departments of the institutions and appreciated the project-related works being carried out by the SISTec students.
Siddharth Sudhir Kumar Agrawal, Managing Director, Sagar Group, Jyoti Deshmukh, Principal SISTec, Ratibad and Prof Kshitij Yugbodh, HOD Mechanical Engineering Department congratulated Prof Bhoopendra Singh for his achievement and appreciated the efforts of faculties for intensive lab-based trainings to students.
Besides, SISTec Team– ‘The Fighters’ has qualified the hardware edition of Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2019 and entered into next phase of competition. ‘The Fighters’ is lead by Narendra with Depali, Hritik and Shubham as its teammates and is mentored by Prof Umesh K Sahu and Prashant K Shukla.
The team has focused on Innovation category with use of Robotics and Drones to provide solutions on B-Max (Smart Media Store Management Bot) Sagar Group’s Managing Director, Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal and Principal, SISTec Gandhi Nagar, Keshwendra Chaudhary extended best wishes to the team for their next phase of competition.
