BHEl, Bhopal’s Single Window Cell run by Human Resource Management Department today launched an online portal for ex-employees of the organisation towards sharing of information regarding pension, medical facilities and other important circulars at the click of a button.
On this occasion, Sanjeev Gupta, General Manager (P&D, IT & SCR) was present as the Chief Guest and MK Varma, General Manager (HR, CMG, PMG & EC) was especially present in the programme. Gupta in his address praised the efforts which were put up by single window cell into making of this portal.
He suggested that this portal should enable all ex-employees to view their payment details and pension related corpus etc. Varma also appreciated the move and said that this portal will enable ex-employees to resolve their queries through a one stop shop.
This portal contains all details like; how much pension corpus he has got, secondly how much payment he got after superannuation, further, an important document repository has been made which contains scanned documents related Joining, Confirmation, last promotion, last Pay slip etc.
This development has been done by Rajneesh Rai, Deputy Manager (IT) and Coordinated by Ajay Joshi, Assistant Officer (HR-Single Window Cell) and Anil Dani, Assistant Engineer (HR-Single Window Cell). Apart from online portal efforts has been put up by Manoj Budhiraja, Deputy Officer, regarding change in environment and systematic arrangement of all ex-employees’ personal files. This portal will enable ex-employees and management to get the information on real time basis.
