Energy Minister Shukla participated in the felicitation of Atal Child Guardians under the Sneh Sarokar Karyakram organised by Women and Child Development Department at Rewa. Shukla said that this programme is a medium to reach out to malnourished children. He urged people to become guardians of children and help free them of malnutrition. He expressed gratitude to Women and Child Development Department whose field workers are visiting door to door to identity malnourished children and connecting them with people.
