A session on Roadmap for Implementation of Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence was organized by Corporate Office at BHEL, Bhopal on Wednesday. Vinay Nigam, Executive Director BHEL Bhopal & Jhansi; S K Baveja, Executive Director (GM) Corporate Office and all General Managers and DROs were present on the occasion.
Discussions were held on various aspects of Warehouse and Artificial Intelligence and its use on a single dashboard during the session.
In this dashboard, it will be possible to extract and analyze all the data on real time basis, so that all the units and offices of BHEL will be able to work on a single platform. Cloud services will be used for the implementation of this system.
Speaking on the occasion, Baveja said that the implementation of this system would bring uniformity in the working system across all the units and offices of BHEL and speed up the business and implementation.
Nigam appreciated the efforts being made by the Corporate Office in this direction and said that in today's business scenario and the era of information system, this system is not only beneficial but is an ardent need. A presentation was made by Geeta Singh, Additional General Manager (CDT) on the occasion. Later, Nigam also honored Baveja with shawl & shreefal.
