The second phase of online and off-campus counselling for admission to diploma courses in all polytechnic colleges, private engineering and polytechnic colleges in Madhya Pradesh on the basis of PPT-2013 results will be held for general pool. Candidates can apply for the same through internet or authorised assistance centres or any kiosk, officials said.
Process of the online registration, verification of documents, selection of desired institutions in order of preference can be undertaken from August 1 to 5, they said and added that allotment letters and admission in allotted institutions can be taken from Aug 7 to 10. Payment through internet banking/ATM/Debit/Credit cards can be done till August 4 and cash payment till August 5.
Candidates having registered themselves in the first phase of counselling (general pool and tuition fee exemption scheme) will have to pay only Rs 30 and all others Rs 230 fee. Candidates having participated in the first phase of counselling will be able to participate in the second phase only after getting their first phase counselling registration cancelled. Candidates having participated in the first phase of counselling will not have to get their documents verified again.
Candidates of all categories will have to pay Rs 100 for locking their choice for institutions of second phase of counselling. At the time to admission in the first semester of private institutions, Rs 10,000 each will have to be deposited as partial tuition fee by students for unreserved category and other backward classes and Rs 5000 by SC, ST students. Fee will be payable by demand draft in the name of “Director Technical Education Madhya Pradesh. Candidate should not deposit their original documents to any institution in any case and submit only photo copies.
