The technical students would enhance their creative and technical skills in Science Model Making Competition 'Nirmaan 2014' would be organised by Sagar Institute of Science and Technology (SISTech), Bhopal.
The two-day Science Model Making Competition would begin on Thursday. This grand competition of science model making would open the doors of opportunities for the technical students at the national level.
This is the second year of the national level model making competition which is exclusively organised for the technical students so that they could showcase their technical knowledge at the same time can display their creative skills by creating different and innovative science models prepared by them.
Usually, various colleges organize the model making competition at their premises individually. But this exhibition would give the innovative ideas an opportunity to other students who are unable to have a look at the different ideas behind the science models made by the school students. Keeping this in mind, a Science Model Making Competition is being organised by SISTech.
Notably, with this endeavour many students would get an opportunity to learn a lot and get acquainted with the ideas of other students and to interact with each other as well. Many technical students, groups and colleges have already registered for the exhibition. This concept would bring the unique science models altogether displayed under one roof.
Under this the winning team or the students would get prizes worth Rs 1.5 lac. Not only this, the students would also be felicitated with prize money. The first prize would be of worth Rs 30,000, the second prize would be of Rs 20,000 and the third prize would be of Rs 15,000.
Also the wining students or team would also get an opportunity to attend certified courses and more. Interestingly, only the models of each participant would be displayed at the exhibition.
