The webinar on Career Opportunity in Commerce was organized here on Tuesday at Rabindranath Tagore University.
The webinar was held under the joint aegis of Institute of Company Secretaries India Bhopal Chapter under the Career Talk webinar series of Rabindranath Tagore University. In the webinar organized on the topic Career Opportunity in Commerce, subject experts gave useful tips on career prospects in commerce. The webinar was organized under the guidance of Brahm Prakash Pethia, Vice Chancellor of the University and Vijay Singh, Registrar.
Arvind Kumar Tiwari, Chairman ICSI Bhopal Chapter, Pratham Barot, Director Jill Education, Mumbai and CS Sakshi Chauhan, Shaffers Construction Limited participated as subject experts. At the beginning of the webinar, the coordinator Deepti Maheshwari, Dean Faculty of Commerce highlighted the objectives of the webinar.
CS Arvind Kumar Tiwari said that every industry needs people from the commerce department for financial management, he gave detailed information about the company secretary. Shri Pratham Barot gave information regarding the course of Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA).
He said that it is the leading certification body of the country recognized internationally. After this certification, there are immense possibilities in the field of Finance, Audit, Banking, Taxation and Management. CS Sakshi Chauhan talked about the combination of Law and CS. He called it an emerging trend. After LLB, one can work as a legal advisor as well as work in private companies, corporate firms and banks. The experts also answered the questions of the students.
