State BJP president and parliamentarian VD Sharma said that the public understands that the BJP has made the State a golden Madhya Pradesh in the past 15 years. The BJP Government had won the hearts of people with pro-poor welfare schemes and due to which BJP is getting a lot of support from the public. These elections are taking place in the interests of the poor, he added.
