Discount on interest would be given for lump sum payment of monthly common service charge for apartments and commercial properties.
Decision of discount on interest levied on delay of transfer of lease of residential and commercial properties by lease holder has been taken.
The pensioners would be provided with 12 per cent increase in dearness allowance at par with the state government. Details of meeting proceedings of sub- committees were reviewed in the meeting.
