The TT Nagar police have booked three miscreants for abusing and threatening of life to 30-year-old daughter of former MLA at Gondwana Samaj Party office on Saturday.
The victim Monika Shah Batti was abused and threatened by three accused identified as Suresh Barkade, Anand and Bhupendra Porte while she was working at the office.
After the incident which took place in the evening on Saturday victim approached TT Nagar police station and lodged a complaint against three persons who came to the office while she was working and started to abuse and when she tried to stop them they threatened her of life and escaped the spot.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 294, 506 and 34 of the IPC and have started search for the accused.
Police have started search for the accused and have started to obtain details based on information provided by the victim. The reason of the abuse by the three accused and reason of dispute between the victim and accused remained unclear said police.
Meanwhile, Shahjehanabad police have booked a father –son duo for molesting and captivating a 13-year-old girl pressuring her to marriage at Sanjay Nagar.
Police said that the accused Asgar alias Azhar and his son Aman captivated the victim at bathroom of her house. Azhar was forcing the victim to marry her son but she refused and after which he locked the two in the bathroom and instructed his son to sexually assault the victim.
The victim was rescued by the locals while the accused escaped the house. The police have registered a case and started search for accused.
