The polling material for second phase of lok Sabha elections in the State would start distributing from April 16 from MlB College. The MlB College ground has been booked for parking of four wheelers of presiding officers and supervisors and two wheelers would be allowed to enter from Achleshwar road.
The officers with 4-wheelers can park their vehicles in MlB ground. The drivers of the officers may also park their vehicles near theme road and Amma Maharaj ki Chatree as well. The CEO of district Panchayat Sufiya Farrukhi said that the distribution of polling material would start from 8 am for which 6 employees each have been appointed to distribute polling material in each Assembly.
Two health centers have been installed in each Assembly and information centers have also been formed to provide information about the duties of the security personnel. A handsome crowd of officers and employees is expected to collect the material.
The police force would also be deployed with the presiding officers. The municipal corporation and Gwalior milk association are arranging water tankers in MlB College while the electricity department has also been asked that MlB College should see no power cuts. The distribution of polling material continue for two days so that catering stalls would be established in MlB College.
