The members of district Panchayat would now work as Suposhan Doot to remove malnutrition. This was decided in a general meeting chaied by district Panchayat president Manisha Yadav here on Sunday.
In the meeting District Panchayat vice president Shanti Sharan Gautam and other members of district District Panchayat were also present. The CEO of district Panchayat Illia Raja T informed the meeting that government is running a campaign Sneh Sarokar with the cooperation of department. All the members of the district Panchayat agreed for this. They said that they would work as Suposhan Doot in their respective areas.
The CEO district Panchayat said that Aganwadi services should be utilized in this drive. At the outset the departmental district programme officer Brijesh Kumar Tripathi gave details of the drive.
