With the cooperation and contribution of peopl, first private Oxygen Gas Plant has been established in Mahakaushal. Srivastava family supported in establishment and provided generator for the plant. Today, when the entire country is getting affected in a big way due to Covid 19 and are worried due to the third wave and the delta plus variant, Srivastava family on their own efforts established the first private Oxygen Gas Plant in Mahakaushal.
Today the inauguration of this oxygen plant has been done at “Community Health Centre, Lanji”. The family has started plant in memory of Late Sushila Srivastava, Late Dayashankar Srivastava and their beloved granddaughter Late Riya Srivastava. This is the first case of Oxygen Gas Plant being set up by a family for the benefit of citizens. Late Sushila Srivastava, the paternal village of Ameda (Paldongi) was near Lanji. Her father Late Mohanlal Srivastava, a very popular social worker of his area. Husband of Late Sushila Srivastava, Daya Shankar Srivastava was a resident of Baikunpur (Chhattisgarh) and retired as Deputy Collector.
