Open Job Fair, a day-long mega event, was held on Saturday at Maulana Azad Central library.
During the day event, the students would be counseled for which job they should choose based on the education and academics or skills and talent. Also an induction programme will also be held under the two-day event so that they could choose the right job for them also can test their ability in various field. The event was organised in association with Daksh Group and Ask Enterprises.
Various companies from across the State joined to provide jobs to the skilled youngsters. Here on Saturday, ‘Induction Programme’ was held at the library. The programme was organised by ‘Daksh Group’. Experts from the group were present on the occasion to talk to the students.
Under the two-hour induction programme, the participants learnt about the corporate industry.
Also the motivational speakers and memory trainers spoke about career and the challenges in today’s world which are being faced by the young generation. Under the induction programme the participants were motivated. The speakers also gave them tips and tricks to crack the various competitive examinations.
As the experts interacted with the students they told the students about the tricks and tips to crack the interviews. On the other hand, the experts also told them how to boost up their memory. It was a fun and an informative induction programme for the participants.
The companies like International BPOs, IT companies, Software companies offered jobs to the skilled youngsters starting the package from Rs 7,000 to Rs 25,000.
