The implementation of ‘Madhya Pradesh Delivery of Public Services Guarantee Act’ is a unique initiative of the State Government. Citizens are being provided with 372 services of 42 State Government departments under the Act that promotes good Governance. A campaign was launched in the state from 2014 and more than 1.30 crore coloured laminated digitally signed caste certificates of school students belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Tribe and Other Backward Class were distributed free-of-cost.
