Habibganj police has booked a miscreant for sexually exploiting a 35-year-old married woman by using her obscene video. He also duped her of her gold necklace.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by the accused, Muzzamil Khan for the past two years by threatening her of making his obscene video viral store.
The victim came into contact with the accused around two years ago as they used to live in the same colony.
The accused accompanied the victim to her house in the name of meeting her aunt and where she was raped by threatening her of dire consequences. The accused continued to sexually exploit her and during which he took obscene video of the victim.
Frustrated over the atrocity victim went to her parents in Gujarat but the accused continued to harass her and demand money.
Around five days ago, the victim returned to Bhopal and reported the incident to the family and later, the victim lodged a complaint with the police.
In her complaint, the victim stated that accused had also taken a gold necklace weighing 20 gm.
Based on the complaint and after the preliminary investigation, the police have registered a case under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC.
