The 78th meeting of Bank Nagar Official Language Implementation Committee, Bhopal Central Bank of India, was organized on Friday at Zonal office Bhopal.
This meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Tarsem Singh Zira, Zonal Head of Central Bank of India, Bhopal.
Harish Singh Chauhan, Chief and Assistant Director of the Regional Implementation Office (Central), Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language, were present as the chief guest, through whom necessary guidelines and guidance were given to the administrative heads of banks, financial institutions and insurance companies regarding the implementation of the official language.
Deputy General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Jayaprada Naik, Chief General Manager, NABARD, Bhopal, Sunil Kumar and Life Insurance of India Baghrai Majhi, the regional manager of the Corporation- Central Region, has reviewed the ongoing operations in offices.

On this occasion, during the year 2022-23, the banks, financial institutions and insurance companies were awarded for the excellent performance of the official language. In the category of banks, Bank of India stood first, Union Bank of India second, Bank of Baroda third and Punjab and Sindh and consolidation award was given to UCO Bank. Similarly in insurance companies.
Life Insurance Corporation of India - Central Zone got the first prize and New India Insurance Company got the second prize.
