MP Nagar police has registered a case of death due to negligence of 40-year-old MPSEB employee in the year 2018 who died of electrocution. After investigation, a case was registered on Monday.
According to the police, the deceased Ramswaroop was electrocuted while working near Yes bank in MP Nagar. Police were informed and based on the information, a police team reached the spot and started investigation.
The deceased was rushed to nearby hospital where he was declared dead. The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
During the further investigation, police found that the deceased died due to negligence and was electrocuted at the time when he was working. The police have registered case under section 304 A of the IPC and started further investigation.
Meanwhile, a 28-year-old man found dead near railway tracks under Aishbagh police station areas late in the night on Monday.
According to police, a man was found dead at around 11 in the night on Monday. Police were informed and on the receipt a team reached spot and started investigation.
Police said that the nothing was found from the deceased which could help in establishing the identity of the deceased.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case under section 174 of CrPC and have started further investigation.
