Weekly review of Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board (MPHIDB) computerisation would commence from July 11.
With the aim of accelerating the procedure, transparent and pro-people the upgrading work was done and would be reviewed every Thursday. All the concerned departments have been computerised and for smooth functioning of the system the officials at the headquarters have been allotted circles. These officials will provide resolution of officials facing difficulties in the field at the headquarters level.
For increasing the effectiveness of the whole system, a better coordination among officials of headquarters, field officers and company providing technical expertise CMC is being worked. Official orders have been issued regarding the review of the computerisation system of the department.
Information Technology officer Ajay Gopal has been assigned Indore circle, chief accounts officer RK lalawat is assigned Gwalior circle, land acquisition officer CP Nigam is assigned Jabalpur circle, chief statical officer Nivedita Ojha is assigned Rewa circle, chief resource officer NP Namdev is assigned Bhopal circle officer number 1, executive engineer VD Kotwal is assigned Bhopal circle number 2 while public relation officer Rajesh Malik is assigned Bhopal circle number 3. The chief architect SS Rathore is assigned with the power circle.
