France Ambassador Francois Richier and the Consul General Jean-Raphael Peytregnet called on the Bharatiya Janata Party State President and MP Narendra Singh Tomar here on Thursday at the BJP state headquarters Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay premises.
Richier and Peytregnet hold detailed discussions with Tomar over the cultural and tourism activities between France and Madhya Pradesh. Discussions were held on connecting the places of historical and mythological importance of Madhya Pradesh with France besides the urban development and on higher education field of the state.
Tomar appraised the visited foreign dignitaries with the achievements of the state in the agriculture field, transforming of state into industrial hub by organising international investors meets and the increasing economical and commercial rate of the State.
He assured them that the BJP and the Madhya Pradesh government would consider their suggestions and proposals with positive attitude.
