has to approach Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board to understand the facility for the consumers.
General Manager (PDTC) Anand Shrivastava in the next week will go to Chandigarh and teach about the SMS procedure to Haryana Electricity company’s officers.
Three years ago MP Electricity board had changed the burnt transformers through SMS service. Through the SMS service the damaged and burnt transformers were changed in village and city.
Most important thing is that in January 2015 in 18th National E-Governance the Indian Government had rewarded the MP Government for their system.
Through SMS system now there will be no chance of bribe for the companies to change the damaged and burnt transformers. Now through SMS, there is control in corruptions to install the transformers.
Electricity Company has to be informed through SMS regarding changing the transformer. In the SMS, the location of Transformer along with IDC No should be mention which is of 10digit and it should be send to 9039110022 and 9406900033. The SMS information will get registered on the server and the process will start to resolve the problem.
Vivek Porwal MD has informed that in Haryana SMS service system will start soon and the Electricity company from Haryana has approached to us earlier. Their one team came here and saw our arrangements. After one week our company officers will provide training to them and make them understand the SMS system.
