Governor Lalji Tandon administered the oath of office of Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court to Justice Ajay Kumar Mittal at Raj Bhavan on Sunday. Chief Secretary SR Mohanty conducted the oath-taking proceedings.
Chief Minister Kamal Nath, Vidhan Sabha Speaker NP Prajapati, Law and Legislative Affairs Minister PC Sharma, Medical Education Minister Vijaylaxmi Sadho, School Education Minister Prabhuram Chaudhary, Urban Development and Housing Minister Jaivardhan Singh, Commercial Taxes Minister Brijendra Singh Rathore and MPs Vivek Tankha and Pragya Thakur were present.
