Mission Ankur campaign is a programme linked to the foundation of primary education of our children, the builders of the future of the country. You all have to strengthen this campaign. Your role is very important in taking the objectives and vision of Mission Ankur campaign of Nipun Bharat Abhiyan to the teachers. Director State Education Centre Dhanaraju S was addressing the training session of representatives of District Resource Group in Mission Ankur campaign of Nipun Bharat Abhiyan.
Dhanaraju said that all resource group individuals have to effectively train the teachers of the districts. He hoped that just as a significant contribution was made in continuing the studies of children during Covid, cooperated in the fifth-eighth examinations and worked hard in the National Achievement Survey, in the same way everyone would make this campaign a success.
State Education Centre has started five-day training of District Resource Group at the state level from April 27, 2022 at Institute of Advanced Study in Education and AICUF Training Centre in Bhopal. The people of the District Resource Group will give training to the field workers in their respective districts regarding Mission Ankur.
Mission Ankur has been started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national level Nipun Bharat Abhiyan. This programme included in the new education policy is being run to teach basic literacy and numeracy knowledge to the students of classes one to three in an interesting and simple way. So that the basic skills of reading, writing and mathematics are developed in children. Goals are to be achieved in Mission Ankur by 2026.
In Mission Ankur, foundation literacy will be taught through play to clear the basic concepts in children. Also, a numeracy programme will be specially run to explain the number system. Through play, the urge to learn things will increase in children. Also, by organising classes through different programmes and activities, children will be able to study easily.
