PNS

Ever since it came to existence in November 2010, Mhow Army Golf club has been focusing on identifying young talents and grooming them as future champions with the vision of bringing name to the Indian Army and the Country at large.

Incessant efforts of the club have  recently been vindicated, wherein a 10-year-old member of the Node, Karan Gautam, won two back to back Indian Golf Union sponsored West Zone tournaments organised as a precursor to National Championship to be conducted at a later part of the year.

These two tournaments were conducted at Bombay Presidency Golf Club (Mumbai) and Willington Sports Club (Mumbai) from 25th to 26th April and 31st April to 1st May respectively and saw participation of junior golfers from the whole of Western India.

Karan Gautam won both the tournaments with convincing margins.

Officiating Commandant Army War College, Mhow, has conveyed his appreciation to the young golfer and motivated him to work hard and bring more laurels to the Node and the Army War College.
