A 36-year-old man committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at his house in Chola Mandir area on Wednesday; deceased was suffering from mental illness, said police.Police said that the deceased Sunil Malviya committed suicide at his house.In the initial investigation the family members told police that deceased was undergoing treatment for his mental illness and at around 8 in the evening he was found hanging with the ceiling at his house and was rushed to hospital where he was declared dead.
Body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation. Police said that other aspects behind the death would be investigated.Meanwhile, a 20-year-youth died on Wenesday who was injured after his motorbike met accident with a scooter at Parihar square on February 7; Ashoka Garden police have started investigation.
The deceased Ashish Vishwakarma died while undergoing treatment at Hamidia hospital who met accident after his bike was hit by scooter.In the accident Ashish sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to a hospital where after three days of treatment he succumbed to the injuries while undergoing treatment on Wednesday.
