Management Employee Communication Meeting “MECOM” was organized here on Monday by the Human Resource Development Centre at the cultural hall building of BHEL, Bhopal where officers and employees presented their suggestions, questions and ideas in front of the management representatives.
On this occasion, Vinay Nigam, Executive Director (BHEL, Bhopal) was present as the Chief Guest. In the programme, discussion and dialogue took place between the management representative and the employees.
In his address, Shri Nigam praised the dedication and hard work extended by the employees for the growth of the company. He further urged the employees to put in their best efforts in achieving the target turnover of the unit in the remaining two and a half months.
On this occasion, all the General Managers listened to the issues raised by the participants and assured to solve them soon.
Earlier, in his welcome address, Adikanda Behera, General Manager (HR) briefed all the employees about the history of MECOM.
Thereafter, Amitabh Dubey, General Manager (SOM & CDC) gave a presentation on “BHEL, Bhopal unit for the year 2022-23. After this, he shared information about the Corporate Strategic Plan 2022-27 with everyone.
Molly Bibleen Khakha, Manager and Umesh Kumar Savle, Manager (HRD) co-ordinated the program and vote of thanks was given by Swagata S Saxena, Sr Deputy General Manager (Human Resource Development).
