Mayor Alok Sharma gave a surprise visit to the mayor express public facility centre on Sunday. There he observed the services of phone call receiving, registration and deploying the electricians, carpenters and plumbers to the destination. He also directed to immediately attend the complaints of the citizens and solve them quickly.
During his surprise visit the mayor attended the complaint phone call of JS Sikarvar and immediately sent an electrician to the address. During his visit he collected information in detail regarding the receiving of phone calls, registration process, sending electricians, plumbers and carpenters to solve the issue of the citizens.
During the visit he received a call from mobile of JS Sivarkar on the call centre number 07552701555 which he himself attended and immediately sent an electrician to the address. The complaint was regarding the tube-light, fan and switch board.
He also said that the Mayor Express is for the convenience of the citizens and the calls must be attended promptly and immediate sending of the technicians must be ensured.
Meanwhile, 11 couples were solemnized under the Chief Minister girl’s marriage scheme at lamba Kheda village under the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) limits. In the mass marriage ceremony legislator of Berasia area Vishnu Khatri and Corporator of ward Number 79 Bablesh Rajput congratulated the newly married couples and blessed them.
During the event all the villagers of lamba Kheda were present. BMC presented them with cash and gifts and registered their marriage.
