The food fest began here from Thursday at MoMo Cafe, Courtyard Marriot. The 10-day food festival is one of its kinds that will give an insight of the cuisine served in America. From the first day the fest has become a buzzword in the culinary circles.
Executive Chef, Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal Ravinder Singh who has experience in working in New York said, “In New York, Mobile food trucks, nicknamed roach coaches or gut trucks, have served earlier days on blue-collar locations such as construction sites, factories and other. Since then Food trucks popularity continues to rise in and around the city.”
Chef Ravinder further added that in NY City reaching the city center for good dining options becomes difficult from country side and especially from suburbs, so this mobile food cart reaches people’s home and neighbourhood which makes the experience for the gourmet lovers extremely easier.
With this New York Truck Street Food Fest offer Bhopalies with the enticing experience of America’s lip smacking, ready to eat street food right here in city of lakes.

The menu includes soups, fries, hot dogs, pizzas, waffles, sandwiches, ice cream and sundaes. Some of the popular dishes to be served include American Chowder Veggie, Old Fashioned Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup, Cheese steak Bites, Goat Cheese n’ Artichoke Croquettes, Marinara Sauce, Jalapeno Cheese Samosas with Sweet Chili Sauce and more.
