A 27-year old married woman was sexually assaulted by threatening her of killing her 4-year-old son on January 31 in Bairagarh Chichli, victim lodged complaint on Wednesday after she managed to rescue and return.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by the accused Nazim Khan by threatening her of killing son and her family.
The victim along with her son was on her way back to home in the evening on January 31 was offered lift by the accused in car and as she was acquainted with accused she accepted and the accused took them to a secluded area where she was taken to a room and by threatening her of killing her son and her family raped her. The victim was held captive and later she dropped her at remote place son Wednesday.
Victim returned and lodged complaint with the Kolar police. Based on the complaint police have registered a case of rape, threatening of life, assault and kidnapping against the accused and started investigation.
The victim came into contact with the accused when she used to live in the same colony and was friend of her husband. The accused used to visit her house where she became acquainted with him and later accused raped her.
The victim lodged a complaint with the police. After the preliminary investigation police have registered case against the accused and started search for the accused.
The victim said that she remained silent for the sake of the son's life and told the accused that she will not reveal the atrocity.
