A 35-year old married woman was sexually assaulted and exploited by her employer for the past two months by threatening her of life at Piplain police station area; accused was arrested after victim lodged complaint on Thursday.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted and exploited by the accused Rajendra Namdev on March 6, 2021 at Gopal Nagar where she was accompanied by the accused in the name of meeting with client. Based on the complaint police have registered a case under section 376(2) of the IPC and started investigation.
In the complaint victim claimed that the accused deals in providing finance and runs office in Karond and on March 6 this year he asked her to accompany him to Piplani to meet a client.
The accused took her to his uncle’s house in Gopal Nagar and when his uncle left accused raped her threatening her of life.
The victim lodged a complaint with the police and after the preliminary investigation police have registered case against the accused and arrested accused.
The woman protested, the accused raped her while threatening to kill her. The accused remained mum scared of the threat and returned home and when she went to office next day, the accused started threatening to defame her.Later he took her to Piplani every day and rape her for two months. Upset, the woman narrated her ordeal to her husband. The husband took her to Piplani police station. Police registered a case against the accused and arrested him.
