Meanwhile a 29-year-old died after drinking liquor at Bheem Nagar under Jehangirabad police station area on Saturday. According to the police, the victim Rajesh reported uneasiness after consuming liquor on
Friday and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment. The body was sent for the post-mortem and in the report it was confirmed that the liquor was poisonous. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation regarding the poisonous liquor.
Alcohol was poisonous or someone had added poison in the alcohol is a matter of investigation, told the police.
