After a fight with wife a 35-year-old man committed suicide by consuming poison at his Sanjay Nagar residence under TT Nagar police station area on Friday.
According to the police, on Friday after having a fight with his wife the victim Asad Khan (42) consumed a poisonous substance. After consuming poison his condition started deteriorating and he was rushed to a Chirayu Hospital and was later referred to Hamidia hospital where he died during the treatment.
Police were informed and after preliminary investigation the police have registered a
case under Section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
Police said that the victim has consumed Celphos which has been confirmed in the autopsy report. Although the reason behind the suicide could not be ascertained but it would be investigated that as why the victim was forced to take extreme step.
Meanwhile, a body of a 22-year-old youth who was
missing for the past two days was found near Kaliasot Dam on Saturday.
According to the police victim Salman Khan was found dead at Kaliasot Dam. Near the spot victim’s motorbike was recovered and the keys of the motorbike was found in his pant pockets. Police said that the victim had committed suicide on March 13 but the body was found on Friday.
The victim was a resident of Aishbagh and used to work at Satyam motors situated at Misrod road. He was missing from March 13.
After the victim went missing a compliant was lodged with the Aishbagh police.
The police have registered a case under Section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
