Shahjehanabad police have booked a 30-year-old man for sexually assaulting a 25-year-old beauty parlour employee for the past four years at Kumharpura; a case was registered on Sunday after victim lodged complaint regarding atrocity. Police said that the victim works in a beauty parlor and was sexually assaulted by Sunil Dixit for the past four years on the pretext of marrying her. The accused hails from Uttar Pradesh and lives with his uncle in Kumharpura and few years ago he came into contact with victim and became friends with him. The accused works with a private a firm. In her complaint victim stated that she used to work at beauty parlour where she developed relationship with the accused. The accused lured her of marriage and sexually assaulted her. later when she asked for marriage he refused and threatened her of dire consequences. The victim was in relationship with the accused for the past seven years and around four years ago he sexually assaulted her when she was alone in her house. later the accused used to assured her that he would marry her but few days ago he refused to marry her after which the victim lodged a complaint. For the past four years the accused used to sexually exploit her in the name of marriage but failed to keep his promise. Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 376 and 506 of the IPC and have started search for the accused.
