The students of MA (English literature) on Saturday evening created a ruckus over poor examination results of MA English literature (3rd semester) wherein as many as 30 students have failed for the first time.
Enraged over examination results, the agitating students on Saturday evening went straight to evaluation centre and lodged their protest with the centre in-charge Dr Vijay Babu Gupta. The students were also supported by the youth Congress workers. The students demanded on-the-spot evaluation of their answersheets by the subject experts so as to find whether the answersheets have been evaluated wrongly. The examination results of MA English literature (3rd semester) was supposed to be announced in April, but it was delayed by two months for unexplained reasons. Now, the results of third semester of MA English literature have been announced when examination of the fourth semester is round the corner.
