Pamper the taste buds with the flavours of lebanon at WelcomHeritage Noor-Us-Sabah Palace, Bhopal with ‘lebanese Food Festival’. Noor-Us-Sabah is organising the three day food fest for the foodies of the city to enjoy an entirely different cuisine from lebanon.The three day food fest would enhance the taste buds of the foodies with mild taste of lebanese foods that would begin here from January 16 and will continue till January 18.
While talking to the media persons here on Thursday, General Manager of Noor Us Sabah, Amit Kumar Singh said, “With an idea of letting people know that every culture has something unique to offer, WelcomHeritage Noor-Us-Sabah is organising the lebanese Food Festival. Further we also want people to know that we care for every country’s tradition to maintain peace and so this idea might also bring down the foodies to taste the cuisine from lebanon.”
Notably, Chef Noor aka Jamal Arif Noor from ITC Maurya, New Delhi will be featuring the authentic lebanese recipes in the Buffet Dinner Festival. From Pita Bread to Hummus, Kibbe to Shawarma, Arabic coffee to Fresh fruits, Chef Noor's menu will array the complete lebanese cuisine. The menu will offer the best of the cuisine well prepared with the authentic flavours of lebanon.
Chef Noor said, “The great thing about lebanese food is that it has a variety of spices that you will relish every bite of it.” Adding to it, Amit Kumar said, “We welcome all the foodies of the city to discover and savour the best of lebanon on your plate at WelcomHeritage Noor-Us-Sabah Place, Bhopal.
