Failing to get work , a 17-year-old man committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at his house in S sector EWS under Ayodhya Nagar police station area on Sunday.
Police said that the deceased, Sunil Pal, committed suicide at his house. The deceased used to work at a factory which was shut during the lockdown and later he started to work as labourer but failed to get work on regular basis.
The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation.
The father of the deceased deals in agriculture in their village while deceased used to live with his mother in Bhopal. Police said that reason behind the suicide remained unclear.
Meanwhile, a 38 -year-old man committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at Narela Shankari under Ayodhya Nagar police station area on Monday. According to the police, Shiv Kumar Jogi was found hanging in his room and was rushed to nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
Police were informed and on the receipt of the information a police team reached and after the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation. In the initial investigation it was found that the deceased used to work as supplier of school dress and accessories. On Monday afternoon he went to the first floor of his house and committed suicide. The reason remained unknown and would be investigated in the further investigation.
