JMFC Chetna Dixit canceled the bail of the accused Danish of Housing Board Colony, Aishbagh Stadium, who committed obscene acts with a girl at Bhojpal Festival and sent him to jail, on behalf of the government Manoj Tripathi ADPO presented the case.
On the last day of Bhojpal festival at 10 in the night of New Year, when the girl was standing at the tattoo shop with her family members, the accused came from behind and started touching the victim and when the girl screamed in fear, the accused tried to escape.
During the time when the accused was escaping his Aadhaar card fell at the spot and using which he was identified, after that the act complaint was lodged in Govindpura police station.
The girl, originally from Bihar, told the police that the accused touched her badly at the fair. The accused fled from the spot after the girl shouted.
On Tuesday, the court rejected the bail of the accused. He was sent to jail on the orders of the court.
Recently the victim had come to visit her sister living in the Ashoka Garden area. She came to visit the fair with her family. She was getting the tattoo done at around 10.30 pm during which the accused came and touched her indecently and when the girl raised an alarm, the accused ran away. The police caught him after searching.
