The Governor inspected various wards of the district hospital located at Charak Bhavan and gathered information regarding health and treatment of mothers of newborn babies. Patel told them to take care of their health and consume nutritious food. She directed the health officers that they must impart information about the health and nutritious food to the weak mothers from time to time to generate awareness among them.
Besides, Patel also saw the weak infants in the outborn and inborn units of ICU at Charak Bhavan. She gave necessary instructions to the health officers regarding treatment of weak infants and also held discussions with the mothers of infants. She also visited post operative ward and interacted with Jyoti Kuldeep of village Ujjainiya of tehsil Ghattiya, Ramkanyabai of village Khandwas of Badod tehsil in Agar district, Ajbankunwar of village Khedakason of Mahidpur tehsil and Priya of village Telikheda-Mahidpur.
